Quick Trip

We went to the Berkshires in western Massachusetts last weekend. I'd always heard how beautiful it was so I told Eric we had to go; I couldn't wait any longer! I was not disappointed; it was beautiful! We did a little apple picking, a little tag saling (garage saling for all you westerners), a little biking through the countryside....it was lovely! I bought myself some cookie cutters, we grabbed a half gallon of cider, and some cider donuts while we were at it. I love fall in New England; I'm sad it may be our last!

That is beautiful! I am sad for you that this may be your last year there. I have loved seeing the east coast through your pictures. I wish I could tell you we'll be out to see it with you, but I haven't saved enough money. I was actually thinking the other day about how you should appreciate every day wherever you live. You never know where life may take you and never take you back. I miss Oregon terribly and while I intend to go back someday life may take us farther away sometime and we may never make it back. Enjoy it while you can.

Chels, these last few posts have made me want to move to New England so bad! James has always wanted to live there and I'm always saying it's too cold. These pictures speak volumes, though, about how much I would totally love it! Thanks for sharing. PS Aspen is ADORABLE.
